What we have built.
Outcomes, not anecdotes.
Pulled from the projects above. Real numbers from production deployments - not portfolio mockups.
Where we have shipped.
We focus on engineering quality over sector specialisation - but these are the verticals where we have shipped repeated, comparable work.
SaaS & B2B Platforms
Multi-tenant apps, subscription flows, role-based dashboards, and enterprise integrations.
Consumer Mobile
iOS and Android apps shipped on React Native, with native modules where they earn their place.
Travel & Hospitality
Booking flows, inventory engines, and customer-facing portals built for real load.
AI & Data Workflows
Document processing, RAG chatbots, and structured-extraction pipelines in production.
Field Operations
Offline-first mobile, automated reporting, and image-recognition workflows for distributed teams.
Internal Tools
Admin panels, ops dashboards, and pipelines that make the team faster, not the customer.
Questions about this work
Which Codevibe case studies can I read in full?
Two are published as complete write-ups. The Utazzo Holidays travel platform rebuild covers a customer web app, sales CRM and admin rebuilt on Next.js, NestJS and React microservices on AWS, with AI automating the sales pipeline. The Reelrr study covers a lead-generation website for a video reel production service, built on Next.js.
Why are some Codevibe case studies anonymised?
Several clients are under confidentiality agreements, so those engagements appear as anonymised case studies - the sector, technology stack, timeline and outcome are described, but the client is not named. The two named studies, Utazzo Holidays and Reelrr, are published in full with the client identified.
What technologies do these projects use?
Next.js and React on the frontend, NestJS and Node.js for APIs and microservices, React Native for mobile, and AWS for infrastructure, with LLM-based automation where it earns its place. Legacy migrations feature heavily: an Angular, .NET and MS Access monolith and a legacy PHP monolith were both moved onto modern stacks.
How long do Codevibe projects typically take?
The engagements shown here run from 6 to 14 weeks: an infrastructure overhaul in 6 weeks, an AI internal tool in 8, a consumer mobile app from validated concept to App Store in 10, a SaaS platform rebuild and a field operations app in 12, and a B2B platform redesign in 14. Larger multi-module rebuilds run longer.
What kinds of problems does Codevibe take on?
The common thread is systems that have outgrown their original build - monoliths that buckle under load, manual processes that need automating, and products that need to reach an app store or a fundraise on a deadline. The work spans SaaS rebuilds, mobile apps, AI tools, lead-generation sites and cloud platforms.
