Who we are and what we build.
Codevibe (codevibe.in) is a software development company headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We design, engineer, and scale digital products - web applications, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and production AI features - for startups and growth-stage companies in India and around the world. Senior engineers handle your project from first scoping call to production launch.
Yes. Codevibe is based in Sector 38, Gurugram (Gurgaon), in the Delhi NCR tech corridor, and we serve clients across India, the US, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Local clients can meet our team in person for scoping and reviews; international clients get scheduled time-zone overlap plus async daily updates, so location never slows the work down.
Five core capabilities, delivered by one senior team: web development (React, Next.js, Node.js), mobile app development for iOS and Android (React Native), cloud and DevOps on AWS, AI and automation (LLMs, RAG, agents), and UI/UX design. Because design and engineering sit in the same team, strategy, interface, and code stay aligned from day one.
Yes. We build production AI on top of models like Claude and GPT-4o: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over your own documents and data, AI chatbots, AI agents, and automation pipelines. We hold AI to the same production standard as everything else we ship - measurable, reliable, and cost-controlled - rather than a demo that breaks under real traffic.
Search performance is built in, not bolted on. We use Next.js with server-side rendering, optimise for Core Web Vitals, and ship structured data (schema.org), semantic HTML, clean URLs, and accessible markup by default. The result is a site that loads fast, ranks well on Google, and is easy for AI answer engines to read and cite.
Yes - web and mobile from a single team. For mobile we use React Native and Expo, shipping one maintainable codebase to both iOS and Android with near-native performance. That keeps build cost and long-term maintenance lower than commissioning two separate native apps.
We work with early-stage startups and growth-stage companies across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and B2B platforms. About half our clients are non-technical founders; the rest are product and engineering leaders who need senior capacity quickly. Whether you are validating an MVP or scaling a live product, the engagement model adapts to where you are.
How we work together.
Senior engineers from day one - the same people who scope your project also build it. No bait-and-switch where a senior gives the pitch and a junior gets the code. You will know your team by name, and you can talk to them directly.
A 30-minute scoping call to understand what you are trying to build and why. We follow up within one business day with a written proposal - scope, timeline, team, and pricing. If the fit is right, we can usually kick off within two weeks.
Often. About half our clients are non-technical founders. We translate product ideas into technical specs, push back on the parts that will not work, and explain trade-offs in plain language. You do not need to know what a microservice is - we do.
Headquartered in Gurgaon, India (IST, UTC+5:30). We have 3 to 4 hours of daily overlap with European clients and 1 to 2 hours with US East Coast. For US-based work we schedule a daily morning sync (your time) and async updates the rest of the day.
Yes, before any detailed scoping conversation. Send yours or use ours - both work. We treat every project as confidential by default, with or without paperwork.
You get senior engineers without big-agency overhead. Freelancers are affordable but hard to scale and risky if one person disappears mid-project. Large agencies add account managers, handoffs, and markup. We sit deliberately in between: a small, senior team that scopes, builds, and ships your product directly - the accountability of an agency with the speed and focus of a tight crew.
What it costs, how long it takes.
A typical MVP runs $15K to $80K depending on scope. A focused 2 to 3 month engagement is $30K to $80K. Larger product builds with mobile, AI, or compliance components land between $80K and $250K. Every quote is itemised - you see exactly what you are paying for.
For well-scoped MVPs and discrete features, yes. For exploratory builds and ongoing work, we use time-and-materials or a monthly retainer - fixed price on undefined scope is how agencies and clients end up unhappy with each other. We will tell you which model fits your project before you sign anything.
An MVP ships in 6 to 12 weeks. A v1 product with mobile, web, and a backend is usually 12 to 20 weeks. A focused integration or audit is 1 to 4 weeks. If you are being quoted longer than four months for an MVP, you are not building an MVP - you are building a v1.
Engineering, design, code review, testing, deployment, and project management. We do not bill separately for stand-ups, status calls, or documentation. We do bill for new scope - adding features mid-project is fine, but it gets its own line item.
For fixed-price work: 40% to start, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery. For T&M and retainers: monthly invoicing, net-15. We accept wire transfer, Wise, and (for Indian clients) bank transfer / UPI. International clients are invoiced in USD or GBP.
Stack, handover, and what you own.
Default: Next.js + React + Node.js for web, React Native + Expo for mobile, Postgres for data, AWS for infra, Terraform for IaC. We use boring, mainstream tools so your team can hire engineers who already know the stack. If you already have a stack, we work with it.
Yes. Performance is a launch requirement, not a nice-to-have. We build on Next.js with server-side rendering and image optimisation, ship minimal JavaScript, and test against Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) before go-live. Fast sites rank higher on Google, convert better, and cost less to run.
Yes. We have rebuilt legacy PHP monoliths, extended live React apps, and modernised infrastructure on running production systems. Before we touch anything, we run a short audit - code quality, test coverage, security posture - and tell you what we would change and why.
Yes, either as a monthly retainer or a fixed handover-and-train engagement. The retainer covers monitoring, security patching, incident response, and feature work. The handover version sets up everything in IaC, documents it, and trains your team to run it.
You do. Full IP transfer on final payment, including all source code, design files, and infrastructure configuration. Code lives in your git repository from day one - usually on your GitHub or GitLab. We do not retain rights to anything we build for you.
Expected - most do. Small changes (a day or two of work) we absorb. Bigger changes get a written change-request with revised scope and timeline before any work starts. We will never silently expand scope or pad an invoice with "discovery" hours.
