Shubham
Shubham is the founder and engineering lead of Codevibe, where he sets the technical direction. He designs scalable application architectures and AWS infrastructure that hold up in production, and works with founders to turn early ideas into systems that are safe to ship and cheap to change.
Shubham founded Codevibe and leads its engineering and architecture. The agency grew out of a problem he kept running into on other teams: startups were sold headcount instead of outcomes, and short-term technical choices quietly turned into long-term liabilities. Codevibe is his answer to that, senior engineers, honest scoping, and architecture decided with the next two years in mind, not just the next sprint.
Day to day he owns the technical direction across the agency's web, cloud, and product work, designing application architectures and AWS infrastructure that stay reliable as traffic and team size grow. He still joins founders at the whiteboard stage, where the cheapest decisions to get right are the ones made before a single line of code exists.
On the blog he writes about scalable architecture, cloud engineering on AWS, and the trade-offs behind real technical decisions. His aim with every piece mirrors how he builds: cut through the hype, show the reasoning, and leave the reader with something they can apply straight away.
