We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both classic SEO and the new world of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) - getting our clients (and our own content) found and cited by both search engines and AI assistants.
You will own technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, structured data, and reporting.
You should be equally comfortable auditing a site’s technical health and shaping content that ranks and gets cited.
What will you do in this role?
Technical SEO
- Run full site audits - crawlability, indexation, site speed / Core Web Vitals, mobile, canonical, and redirects.
- Implement and validate structured data / schema markup (JSON-LD) - Article, FAQPage, Breadcrumb, Organization, and more.
- Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, and fix technical issues with the dev team.
On-page & content SEO
- Keyword research and building full keyword clusters around search intent.
- Optimize pages and blogs using an answer-first approach - clear answers up top, backed by data, with subheadings, bullets, and tables.
- Structure content so each section is a self-contained answer to one core question.
- Write or guide SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
GEO / AI search (AEO)
- Optimize content to be cited by AI search - ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Apply answer-first formatting, FAQ blocks, and clear entities so AI models can quote our content.
- Track brand mentions and visibility across AI answer engines.
Analytics & reporting
- Set up and monitor Google Search Console and GA4; track rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Report on performance with clear, action-oriented insights.
- Run competitor and content-gap analysis.

- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one SEO suite (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
